DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

At Artisan Wax, we aim to dispatch and deliver our products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We hand pour all of our products in small batches here in Scotland, so we typically require 3-5 working days turnaround time. Depending upon when our small batches have been poured, products may be available immediately in which case we'll get them dispatched to you on the day of purchase. 

Returns

If you're not happy with the products you've received, we'll be happy to offer you a refund. Please contact us in the first instance and once we've received your items back in perfect condition, we'll issue your refund. Unfortunately we're unable to cover the cost of postage on returned items. 

Lost/Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure all of our products are packaged as carefully as possible and are well protected to prevent any damage. In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll aim to send you a replacement product as quickly as we can. If, however, an item is out of stock, we'll give you a full refund.
